This policy explains what data we collect when you visit dr-maria-dental.com or contact us through the form, and how we process it in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

2. What data we collect
When you fill the form: name, email, phone or WeChat (optional) and your message. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, language, source page and UTM parameters if you come from an ad.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) to keep the website operational and prevent abuse.
4. Purpose
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and schedule your appointment. Technical data is used in anonymized form to improve the site. We do not sell your data to third parties nor use it for advertising profiling outside the cookies you explicitly accept.
5. Retention
Contact data from the form: up to 24 months from your last contact, or earlier if you request deletion. Technical logs: 90 days. Cookies: as detailed in section 8.
6. Data processors
We use third-party services to process your data: Cloudflare Pages (web hosting, USA), Resend (email delivery, USA), and Apple iCloud (notification email recipient, USA). If you accept analytics/marketing cookies, we also enable Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP) and Meta Pixel. All processors comply with the EU-US data transfer framework.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Cookies
We use three types: (a) Essential — required for the site to work, always active; (b) Analytics — Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, only with your consent; (c) Marketing — Meta Pixel, only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time from the bottom banner or by clearing your browser cookies.
